To address the significant seasonal fluctuations in natural gas demand across Jilin Province, our team collaborated with the client to deliver a comprehensive solution for the Jilin Huadian Gas Peak Shaving Station. This critical infrastructure project was designed to guarantee a stable gas supply during the harsh winter months while effectively managing the "peak-valley" difference in daily consumption.
The core of this project is a high-capacity storage system featuring a total LNG tank capacity of 24,000 m³. This massive storage volume acts as a strategic buffer, allowing the station to store liquefied natural gas during off-peak periods and vaporize it rapidly when demand surges. Beyond simple storage, the station serves as a vital hub for multi-source coordination. It seamlessly integrates pipeline gas from the national "West-to-East Gas Transmission" network with LNG delivered via tanker trucks. This dual-source capability ensures that if one supply line faces maintenance or disruption, the other can immediately compensate, maximizing energy security for the region.
As a specialized manufacturer, we provided the key equipment and engineering support necessary to handle this complex integration. Our systems were engineered to withstand extreme low temperatures and high-flow requirements, ensuring that the transition between pipeline gas and LNG is smooth and uninterrupted. This successful collaboration highlights our ability to deliver large-scale, reliable infrastructure that supports regional energy stability.
